Bolder, Bigger, Better Quino’s Cafe

from the blog of http://coachellatravelista.com

If we are what we eat, then i can fairly say I am awfully the sweetest person you’ll ever know. We Bacolodnon’s are known for our sweet smiles and our sweet taste, and when we speak of dessert then I can only think of “Puffyani” and “Overload Cupcake” from Quino’s. Cakes, icecream, burgers, pasta and sandwiches, you name it, they have it.

With this big move in their new location at D’northway Building at BS Aquino drive (Across Quan Native Delicacies)– the owner, Mr John Ledesma and his wife Miss Ann Ascalon Ledesma has definitely called this season to be a Bolder, Bigger and Better Quino’s in Bacolod City.

BOLDER. Quino’s also wants to cater to early risers like me. I can’t wait to try their All Day Breakfast Meals, their new branch opens as early as 8AM till 10PM (Except on Sundays – cafe hours 12NN-10PM). I haven’t seen the menu list myself, but Sir John did mention they will be serving Tapa, Bacon…. And I will stop there… haha  Together let’s be surprised on starting our day right with a sumptuous breakfast at Quino’s.

They always say to leave room for dessert; I still have my eyes on their bestselling irresistibly sweet and right to the heart Puffyani. And Quino’s are also giving room for new cakes in the menu, their sinfully good desserts always makes me wanna postpone my diet. With Ate Ann’s hands-on experience in the kitchen, Quino’s is expanding their variety of cakes to offer to their customers. If you can’t get enough of their chocolate cakes and cupcakes, waits till you get a slice of there new cakes on the menu, now who wants some slice of Cheese cake?

BIGGER. Their new location is very spacious, there’s enough room everyone to make great NEW memories with friends and loved ones. Looking at their new place, they are able to make it look like a fusion of their Ayala and Mandalagan Branch. The rustic wooden chairs with carve names of “quino’s” were maintained and so are the comfy squared tables and chairs; one of my favorite spots in their Mandalagan Branch.

I fancy their new crate chairs with cushions on top, it’s very comfy to sit in and stylish with its painted designs on the sides. Me and my friends daughter Yanna had fun times reading and playing while her mom does her VG across the other table.

BETTER. The secret of this move is that Quino’s wants to focus their energy on building a place where people like you and me can make great memories while enjoying a slice of cake and a cup of coffee with friends and families, no wifi needed.

This bookshelf in every Quino’s branch consciously reminds me to put down my phone and give time for real conversations with people I am with – Thank You Sir John and Ate Ann for this.

If you’re already having a good day, then let Quino’s make it even better for you.

Quino's is at D’Northway Building BS Aquino Drive, Bacolod City.
