The Masskara Festival in Bacolod City continues to draw crowds of domestic and international tourists and visitors every October as one of the famous festivals in the Philippines today. This year, major business organizations in partnership with the Sangguniang Panlungsod Committees on Tourism, Local and International Cooperation, and Trade, Commerce and Industry chaired by Councilor Jocelle Batapa-Sigue, will stage MASSKARA CITY 2015: The 2nd Bacolod Trade Expo and Conferences on October 16-18, 2015 to be held at the new SMX Bacolod Convention Center. This one-stop trade and tourism destination is expected to draw thousands of visitors to witness, experience, taste and learn from the various shows and segments that we have prepared for them.
